ommercial Transactions Heat Up in Richmond Region
Three notable sales transactions recently took place, with SNP E Cary LLC leading the pack. The company acquired 26,994 square feet at 1323-1333 E. Cary St. in Richmond for $4.5 million. One South Commercial's Tom Rosman, Mark Merhige, and Lory Markham represented the seller.
Call Federal Credit Union made a significant purchase as well, acquiring 28,400 square feet at 4235 Innslake Drive in Henrico for $2.95 million from WAM Associates. S.L. Nusbaum Realty's Andrew Thacker represented the buyer.
In Petersburg, 3600 Old Buckingham LLC expanded its portfolio with an $950,000 purchase of eight units at 201 E. Bank St. One South Commercial's Ann Schweitzer Riley represented the buyer.
Leasing activity also picked up pace, with Cura Diagnostics taking the top spot. The company leased 20,720 square feet at 8751 Park Central Drive in Henrico. Colliers' John Carpin, Jimmy Martin, Malcolm Randolph, and Catherine Walker represented the landlord, while Tom Vozenilek and Zach Roski represented the tenant.
River City Airsoft also made a notable lease, securing 5,410 square feet at 711 Hospital St. in Richmond. Commonwealth Commercial Partners' Ben Bruni and Collins Burlee represented the landlord.
Premier Pools and Spas – West Richmond expanded its presence with a 5,126-square-foot lease at 1101-1135 Alverser Drive in Chesterfield. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's Danielle Beckstoffer and Isaac DeRegibus represented the landlord.
