ondo sales in Miami-Dade County rebounded last week, but dollar volume and price per square foot declined. A total of 134 condo sales were closed between September 15th and 22nd, generating $91.8 million in revenue. This is a decrease from the previous week's 107 sales totaling $93.8 million.
The average sale price dropped to $684,642, down from $876,980 the week prior. The average price per square foot also fell to $503 from $574, according to Redfin data. Top 10 sales ranged from $1.9 million to $5.6 million.
Unit 402 at 57 Ocean in Miami Beach led the pack with a $5.6 million closing, or $3,489 per square foot. The sale was handled by Christopher Jude of PG Gutman and closed after 92 days on the market. Unit 707 at Ocean Tower Two in Key Biscayne came in second, selling for $4.5 million ($1,257 per square foot) after 127 days.
