The company has unified its prominent real estate software brands under the existing brand, Constellation1. This move brings together a suite of industry-leading products to deliver enhanced value to customers and partners.
A Unified Organization for Customer Success
Constellation Real Estate Group will operate under two focused business units: Comprehensive Real Estate Technology Solutions and Enhanced Data Services Division. The first unit will offer a robust suite of products and services, including front office and agent solutions, back office solutions, and transaction management software. The second unit will focus on creating innovative data-driven solutions.
Key Leadership Updates
Brant Morwald has been appointed President of Constellation Real Estate Group, overseeing both business units. Andrew Seminari will lead the Enhanced Data Services Division as General Manager, while Robert Vickers takes on Head of Operations and Strategic Initiatives for Constellation1. Mark Mathis joins as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales.
