hristie’s International Real Estate is boosting its Florida footprint as Jacksonville‑based First Coast, formerly of Engel & Völkers, joins the network and becomes Christie’s International Real Estate First Coast. The move adds 130 agents and six offices to Christie’s presence in the Jacksonville metro, with a seventh location slated for St. Augustine. Founded in 2018 by Corey Hasting—who became Engel & Völkers’ youngest licensed partner at 27—First Coast has closed 1,559 transaction sides in 2024, generating $989.42 million in sales and earning a national rank of 315 in the 2025 RealTrends Verified Rankings. Hasting praised the partnership, noting Jacksonville’s luxury market is expanding. Christie’s president Gavin Swartzman highlighted Hasting’s entrepreneurial spirit and the team’s excellence. In December 2024, Christie’s International Real Estate was acquired by Compass as part of its @properties purchase led by Robert Reffkin.
