orporate real estate professionals saw significant salary growth in 2024, according to the CoreNet Global End User Compensation Survey. Conducted in partnership with Ferguson Partners, the survey analyzed compensation trends and benefits for corporate real estate professionals across various organizations. This year's survey garnered responses from 107 end users representing 99 companies, including numerous Fortune 500 firms.

    Key findings show a substantial increase in base salaries, with 78% of participants reporting an average hike of 4.8%. A majority, 79%, anticipate receiving a salary boost in the coming year. The survey also revealed shifts in incentive structures: 51% reported increased annual incentive payouts, averaging a 15% rise, while 21% experienced a median decline of 18%.
