he Tulare County Board of Supervisors has decided to list the old Poterville Courthouse and Sheriff's Substation on Morton Street between 2nd and 3rd Streets for sale on the open real estate market. This decision will be discussed during their meeting on Tuesday at 9 a.m., as part of their consent calendar. The asking price for this property remains at $2 million. Despite having no current or future county uses for this property, the county board has decided to list it for sale. Any funds generated from the sale will be deposited into the county's Future Construction Fund.
