iami Tower Sees Surge in Leasing Activity
CP Group, in partnership with DRA Advisors, has announced a significant leasing milestone at the iconic Miami Tower. Since 2025, over 80,000 square feet of space has been leased to top-tier firms in Downtown Miami.
Littler Mendelson P.C., the world's largest labor and employment law firm, is leading the roster of new tenants with a lease to relocate to the tower later this year. The building's central location and upcoming amenity upgrades were key factors in their decision. "The reimagined spaces, including the Sky Lobby and state-of-the-art conference center, provide an ideal setting for our Miami operations," said Porpoise Evans, Office Managing Shareholder.
Other notable lease agreements include:
* Moderne, Inc., a code refactoring firm, signing for 2,945 square feet on the 35th floor.
* Wilson Elser expanding its footprint by 4,414 square feet to 11,855 square feet.
* Ball Janik LLP growing its presence from 4,603 square feet to 7,937 square feet.
* BDO USA renewing its lease for 22,386 square feet.
* Rennert Vogel Mandler & Rodriguez, P.A. renewing 18,349 square feet.
* Chartwell Law renewing 4,468 square feet.
* Northwestern Mutual renewing its lease for 4,411 square feet.
These deals follow a major capital improvement campaign at Miami Tower, which is nearing completion. Upgrades include a reimagined arrival experience, renovated Sky Lobby, and new conference center. A floor of fully leased spec suites will soon be joined by another 18,000 square feet of move-in-ready offices.
"These leasing agreements demonstrate the demand for amenitized office buildings in strategic locations," said John Osborne, Senior Vice President at CP Group. "With renovations complete, we're achieving a key milestone in combining timeless architecture with market-leading amenities that appeal to today's tenants."
The 47-story Miami Tower is known for its distinctive exterior and iconic LED lighting. Its location in the heart of Downtown Miami offers unmatched connectivity and proximity to luxury hotels and dining. With this wave of leasing momentum, CP Group reinforces Miami Tower's status as a flagship address for professional firms in one of the country's most dynamic urban markets.
