M Electrical has promoted Craig Chisholm to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a move that recognizes his significant contributions to the company's financial strategy. With over two decades of industry experience, Chisholm joined JM Electrical in 2021 as Director of Finance and has since led the firm's financial planning with precision.
As CFO, Chisholm will expand his responsibilities to include long-term financial planning and executive decision-making, playing a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction. Principal & CEO Matthew Guarracino praised Chisholm's exceptional leadership skills, saying he is "ideally suited" for the position due to his strategic thinking and deep understanding of construction finance.
A U.S. Army veteran with 11 years of service, Chisholm holds an MBA from UMass Lowell and a Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance from Salem State University. He is also a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) and serves as President of the Board for the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) New Hampshire Chapter.
Chisholm expressed his excitement about his new role, stating that he will continue to "move JM Electrical forward with a purpose" by ensuring the company's financial foundation supports its growth and commitment to excellence in serving clients.
