Crescent Real Estate's Uptown Duo: Two Towers Rise

Crescent Real Estate's new towers aim to cap Uptown Dallas' growth, building on its iconic landmark.

C
rescent Real Estate is poised to take its Uptown neighborhood to new heights with two luxury residential towers. The first, 2811 Maple, a 31-story tower, will welcome residents in June and feature 177 apartments, including 12 penthouses on the top three floors. Rents range from $4,200 to $19,500 per month.

Designed by Keating Architecture, the building's layout is inspired by boutique hotels, with each floor housing only six or seven residences, and 60% of units being corner units. The second floor boasts a pool deck, library room/coffee bar, private boardroom, valet service, and 24-hour concierge.

The tower's amenities include a pet spa and dog park, boutique fitness center, and outdoor space for yoga and other classes. Units come with built-in wine refrigerators and most offer private balconies with floor-to-ceiling glass windows that have wowed prospective residents.

Crescent Point Tower, the second project, is still in the planning phase but has been approved by the Dallas City Council. Located at the northern tip of the Crescent development, it will rise 415 feet above the hotel and buildings on site. The tower could accommodate up to 215 rental units, although fewer may be developed.

Crescent Real Estate's chairman, John Goff, is bullish on the Dallas-Fort Worth market, calling the Crescent development a "crowning event." The company plans to break ground on Crescent Point Tower in about a year and a half, with construction expected to take two and a half years.
