ushman & Wakefield has bolstered its Capital Markets presence in New England with the addition of seasoned real estate professionals Rob Borden and Heather Brown as Vice Chairs. Based out of Boston, they will focus on debt and structured finance, leveraging their combined 40 years of industry experience and expertise across asset classes.
Borden and Brown bring a track record of over $17 billion in structured finance transactions to Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to joining the firm, they held senior leadership roles at CBRE, where they played key roles in executing high-profile deals and shaping national strategies in debt and structured finance.
