reté Collective and Wasatch Group have secured a $106 million construction loan to continue developing Loraloma Private Club & Estates, a high-end community near Lake Travis. The funding will support infrastructure work such as road construction, utilities, and sewage systems at the 2,200-acre site.
The project, situated along State Highway 71 near Spicewood within Thomas Ranch, plans to build 515 homes with prices starting at $2 million, alongside 36 homesites costing around $800,000. The community will eventually feature 3,500 homes, 465,000 square feet of commercial space, a private golf course designed by David McLay-Kidd, and a hotel.
Infrastructure work is expected to finish next fall with the first homes completed around the same time. Buyers can choose from pre-designed homes or custom residences built by approved builders. In addition to luxury homes, Wasatch Group plans 500 apartments and 100 townhomes ranging from 650 to 1,700 square feet.
