As the calendar flips to February, Keith Conlon, President and CEO of Allie Beth Allman & Associates, is painting a rosy picture for the D-FW real estate market. The luxury brokerage's January sales figures are a testament to this optimism, with $218 million in transactions – its highest-ever January total.

Buyer enthusiasm has reached new heights, with many hesitant buyers finally taking the plunge as 2024 drew to a close. Allie Beth Allman & Associates' agents have been busy listing extraordinary properties across key neighborhoods like Preston Hollow, Highland Park, and Westlake, including the highly sought-after White House on Strait Lane.

The brokerage's success can be attributed to its top-notch agents, who consistently deliver results that exceed expectations. "Our incredible agents are the backbone of our business," Conlon said. "They've earned the trust and confidence of Dallas' discerning buyers and sellers."

In 2024, an impressive 110 Allie Beth Allman & Associates agents closed deals worth over $10 million, with 35 achieving sales exceeding $50 million.

A Spring Market Like No Other

While spring is traditionally a busy time for real estate, this year's market is already heating up. Conlon notes that buyers and sellers have been actively engaging with agents since early January, setting the stage for an unusually early start to the busy season.

Those looking to capitalize on the favorable conditions would do well to seek out the expertise of Dallas' luxury real estate leader, Allie Beth Allman & Associates. With interest rates expected to decrease further and buyers from other parts of the country flocking to the area, the market is poised for a strong year ahead.

However, Conlon cautions that price and condition remain the key factors in home sales. "When you compare homes that sit on the market for 100 days versus those that sell in 20, it's often about the price," he explains.
