Daniel Tosh Offloads Lake Tahoe Home for $10.75M

Daniel Tosh sold his Lake Tahoe compound, but he’s staying in the area, TMZ reports.

D
aniel Tosh has closed the sale of his expansive Lake Tahoe estate for $10.75 million, yet he’s not abandoning the region. TMZ reports he’s bought a new home on the opposite shore to stay closer to friends.

The 7‑bedroom, 7‑bath property, purchased in 2018 for roughly $7 million, sits on 1.6 acres between Tahoe City and Sunnyside. It comprises three distinct residences, each with its own flair.

The Upper House is a party‑ready retreat: 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, an elevator, a game room, an industrial‑style ice‑cream maker, a 4‑car garage, a hot tub, a fire pit, bocce and horseshoe pits, and expansive lawns that overlook the lake.

The Middle House preserves classic Tahoe charm with knotty pine interiors, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a stone fireplace, a skylit kitchen, and a steam shower—ideal for unwinding after a day on the water.

The lakeside cabin offers a tranquil escape, featuring a studio loft, a retro kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and French doors that open onto the lake.

Overall, the property boasts 93 feet of lake frontage, two buoys, and multiple outdoor areas for recreation and relaxation.

Despite the move, Tosh remains a Lake Tahoe resident—just on the other side of the water now. The listing was handled by Kristina Bergstrand of Compass, who also represented the buyer.
