oda & Nel-lo has strengthened its real estate law practice with the arrival of David Gómez Cubillo as new counsel. With over 15 years of experience, particularly at Simmons & Simmons for the past seven years, Gómez Cubillo brings significant expertise in transactional and advisory matters.

    He specializes in a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of land, properties under construction, completed buildings, and income-generating assets. His experience encompasses various deal structures, such as asset deals, share deals, sale and lease-backs, leases, and project management contracts.

    Gómez Cubillo has also been involved in cross-border transactions and played a key role in conducting due diligence processes. As the new counsel at Toda & Nel-lo, he will lead the real estate law department and collaborate closely with other practice areas, including public planning, corporate, tax, and litigation.
