are Corporation, a multi-disciplinary engineering firm, has promoted David L. Loring to Senior Vice President of its Western Massachusetts Division. With over 34 years of experience in New England, Loring has been instrumental in the company's regional expansion.

    He led the establishment of Pare's Holyoke office and currently oversees various projects, including a $15 million contract for intersection upgrades in Springfield. CEO John Shevlin praised Loring's leadership, citing his contributions to the firm's growth in Western Massachusetts as a key factor in his promotion.

    In addition to his project work, Loring is actively involved in professional organizations, serving as Treasurer of the Massachusetts Tri-County Highway Superintendents' Association and Co-Chair of the ACEC-MA QBS Committee.
