avid Parnes and James Harris, former MDLLA stars, announced on September 10 that they are ending their partnership and will operate independently, though they remain close friends. In a joint Instagram post they thanked their team and clients for 13 years of success, noting that their friendship “remains as strong as ever.” They highlighted the milestones they achieved together—industry awards, record sales, and lasting client relationships—and expressed gratitude for the support that made it possible.

    The duo, known on the show as Bond Street Partners, joined MDLLA in Season 7 and appeared through Season 13, with a brief cameo in Season 15. They had been with The Agency under Mauricio Umansky until early 2024, and now serve as principals at Carolwood Estates.

    In April 2022 they had already announced their exit from MDLLA, explaining that the show had reshaped their business and personal lives. They said the time had come to move on as their firm evolved, thanking fans and vowing to keep working hard.

    Now, both agents emphasize that client service remains unchanged. They pledge to maintain the same level of care and dedication, assuring clients that their trust and loyalty are paramount. Looking ahead, they express excitement for the next chapter of their careers.
