oody Clancy, a leading education design firm, has announced the appointment of Dominick Roveto as its next president. Roveto, a seasoned architect with over 30 years of experience, will take on the leadership role in May 2025, succeeding David Spillane who has served since 2014. Spillane will continue to work with the firm through 2025 as a principal, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring a smooth transition.
Roveto brings extensive expertise in higher education planning and design, having worked at Ellenzweig, HDR, and DLR Group. His involvement with the Society for College and University Planning has given him valuable insight into the evolving needs of educational institutions. "I'm honored to lead Goody Clancy and excited to collaborate with its talented team, clients, and partners," Roveto said.
Roveto's appointment comes at a pivotal moment as the firm prepares for its next strategic planning cycle. The Board of Directors expressed confidence in his ability to guide Goody Clancy into its next era. "Dom's expertise, strategic mindset, and ability to bring people together make him the right leader," said Lisa Ferreira, chair of Goody Clancy's Board of Directors.
