he Boulder Valley Real Estate Conference is set to take place on November 21 at the Embassy Suites in Boulder. The event offers real estate professionals a chance to earn seven continuing-education credits through BoLo Realtors and the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
The conference will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with sessions covering residential and commercial real estate topics, including a residential forecast by Todd Gullette, managing broker of Re/Max of Boulder. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m.
Keynote speaker Lawrence Yun, chief economist with the National Association of Realtors, will discuss national trends in real estate and mortgage markets. Other sessions include:

* Housing Policy Landscape: State and local policy initiatives to boost housing construction
* Investor Analysis: How national investors view the Boulder market compared to other regions
* The New Paradigm: Compensation structures for residential brokers post-court settlements
* Breaking Ground: New development projects in seven area cities
Registration is available on the BizWest website, with a fee of $85. Same-day registration costs $95. CE credits can be purchased separately for $20. Sponsors include Re/Max of Boulder, Elevations Credit Union, and several other local businesses.
