erry and Heather Dubrow have parted ways with their Beverly Hills "dream house" just two years after purchasing it for $16.1 million. The reality TV stars, known for Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Orange County" and "Botched," sold the hilltop home to a foreign buyer for $16.5 million on Monday.
After listing the property for $25 million in March, the couple tapped real estate agents Josh Flagg and Josh Altman, both cast members on Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles." The sale comes after a series of renovation nightmares, including the discovery of toxic asbestos on site, which were chronicled in the latest season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County."
Heather Dubrow had initially dubbed the 9,000-square-foot property "The Dubrow dream house," but later expressed doubts about its viability for their family. Despite the setbacks, the home boasts a massive terrace with city skyline and ocean views, as well as a pool, spa, and tennis court on its 6.13-acre lot.
The newly renovated home features dual sweeping staircases, soaring ceilings, and modern finishes, including a fresh coat of white paint and new floors added before listing in March. The original asking price was $25 million, but it was reduced to $19.99 million before finding a buyer who had previously backed out of a deal for the property in 2023.
