    NEW YORK--Dune Real Estate Partners LP ("Dune"), a leading New York-based real estate investment firm, has announced four promotions within the organization:

    Kaitlin Siehs was promoted to Director – Treasury & Operations on the Finance and Accounting Team;

    Alla Chertkova was promoted to Vice President on the Finance and Accounting Team;

    Jack Foley and Adam Mengden were both promoted to Vice President on the Investment Team.

    The promoted individuals bring a wealth of experience to their new positions:

    Kaitlin Siehs joined Dune in 2011 and oversees the firm's treasury and cash management processes. She received her B.A. from Skidmore College.

    Alla Chertkova, who joined Dune in 2010, is responsible for reviewing financial reports for certain Dune Real Estate Funds. Prior to joining Dune, she worked at State Street and Fortress Investment Group LLC.

    Jack Foley, who joined Dune in 2021, evaluates new investment opportunities and helps execute business plans for existing investments. He previously worked at Wells Fargo's Corporate & Investment Banking Division.

    Adam Mengden also joined Dune in 2021 and is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and executing business plans for existing investments. Prior to joining Dune, he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
