    Randi Baskin Blume joins Eastern Bank with 25 years of commercial lending experience, including over a decade in franchise finance. She has a strong background in managing multi-million dollar loan portfolios and has been instrumental in securing designations as a McDonald's Approved Lender for her previous employers.
