fTEN Real Estate Fund AS announces that its subsidiary, EfTEN Härgmäe OÜ, has completed the acquisition of two properties in Tallinn on October 17, 2024. The properties at Härgmäe Str. 8 and Piimamehe Str. 7 were previously owned by Conus Assets OÜ. As reported earlier (September 20, 2024), a sales contract was signed under the law of obligations.

    The properties will be leased to logistics company ELP Logistics OÜ for a long-term period of 10+5 years. All necessary conditions for transferring ownership and concluding a real right contract have been fulfilled.
