fTEN Real Estate Fund AS has increased its share capital by issuing up to 1,000,000 new ordinary shares. The subscription period ran from November 21 to December 6, 2024, during which a total of 620,544 shares were subscribed. Unsubscribed shares were cancelled. The Supervisory Board approved the distribution of shares on December 10, 2024. On December 23, 2024, the Commercial Register registered the increase in share capital. As a result, the fund's new registered share capital is 114,403,400 euros, divided into 11,440,340 shares with a nominal value of 10 euros.
