ey Transaction Update: EfTEN Hiiu OÜ Completes Property Acquisition

    On March 31, 2025, EfTEN Hiiu OÜ successfully finalized the acquisition of a prime property at Hiiu 42 in Tallinn from Südamekodu AS. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for the fund, following an initial announcement on February 20, 2025, regarding the sale contract under the Law of Obligations.

    The transaction has been executed with all necessary conditions met, paving the way for the transfer of ownership and the establishment of a real right contract. Notably, the North Estonia Medical Centre will continue to occupy part of the property under an existing lease agreement.

    A long-term lease (10+10 years) was concurrently signed with Hiiu Südamekodu OÜ, a subsidiary of Südamekodud AS. This partnership will enable the collaborative redevelopment of the building into an elderly care home, "Nõmme Südamekodu", catering to up to 170 clients from Südamekodu in the future.
