RA Real Estate has partnered with Colorado‑based Porter Realty, now operating as Porter Realty ERA Powered, serving the San Luis Valley and Phoenix, Arizona. Founded in 1991 by Mike and Mary Ann Porter, the firm passed to their son, Preston Porter, who took the helm in 2008 and bought full ownership in 2016. After earning an IT degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, Preston began as a property manager and has since become a leading name in commercial, farm, and ranch real estate. The team has earned the Adam State Willis Fassett Jr. Award for supporting local students.
