UX Real Estate Company ERA Powered has strengthened its presence in Colorado with the acquisition of Vail Real Estate Center. The Cherry Creek North-based brokerage, led by Emily Duke, will now have a foothold in one of the state's most competitive resort markets.

Vail Real Estate Center, founded by Gil Fancher and Ted Steers in 2013, has built a reputation for serving high-end clients. Both Fancher and Steers will remain with the company, with Fancher taking on a supervisory role at the Vail branch. They cited the partnership's potential to enhance their agents' tools and clients' opportunities as key motivations.

"We've been successful as an independent brokerage, but we're excited about the resources and reach LUX provides," Fancher said. Steers echoed his sentiments, highlighting the benefits of joining forces with a larger organization.

Under Emily Duke's leadership, LUX has represented over $250 million in sales since 2022, primarily across the Denver metro and Front Range. The brokerage affiliated with ERA Real Estate in 2023. "We're thrilled to partner with Gil and Ted, who embody trust and expertise in Vail," Duke said. "Together, we'll bring a global brand's reach and a boutique firm's warmth to this market."
