RA Real Estate, a part of Anywhere Real Estate, is launching its first comprehensive marketing campaign across Major League Baseball (MLB) and Minor League Baseball (MiLB). The goal is to increase brand visibility during peak real estate sales periods. Ads will appear on MLB.TV, social media platforms, and in-stadium events with over a dozen minor league teams.
ERA's president, Alex Vidal, notes that the network has consistently grown its market share through community-focused initiatives. Partnering with baseball aligns perfectly with ERA's target audience due to its strong community ties and diverse fan base.
The campaign will air during high-viewership MLB and MiLB games throughout the 2025 season. ERA is also collaborating with Boston Red Sox pitcher Walker Buehler on a social media series, "On the Move," highlighting his career milestones. Additionally, ERA will host "Day at the Park" events with select MiLB teams.
Anywhere Brands' chief marketing officer, David Marine, emphasizes that minor league baseball plays a vital role in local communities nationwide, attracting over 32 million people annually.
