ara Delevingne has slashed the price of her Manhattan triplex by more than a million dollars, according to a recent StreetEasy update. The English model‑actress bought the 5,000‑square‑foot Gramercy Park unit from Jimmy Fallon for $10.8 million, listed it at $11 million in October, and now it sits at $9.99 million. “We made a proactive, strategic adjustment to align the property with where the market currently is,” broker Stefani Berkin of R New York told The Post. “We’re already seeing renewed interest and expect increased activity moving forward. This is a trophy property — one that a lucky buyer will have the privilege to call home.”
The triplex, perched on the seventh, eighth, and ninth floors of the nine‑story, Queen Anne‑style building at 34 Gramercy Park East, is one of the city’s oldest co‑ops. Ownership grants keys to the ultra‑private Gramercy Park across the street. Fallon first purchased a one‑bedroom unit in the building in 2002 for $850,000, then expanded it into a six‑bedroom family home. He listed the property in 2021 for $15 million, but Delevingne bought it a little over a year later, taking a $4.2 million discount off his asking price.
The interior reflects the shared eclectic taste of Delevingne and Fallon. Bold color pops, vintage décor, ’70s‑style wallpaper in the bedrooms, a deer‑antler chandelier, and a massive aqua‑blue couch from Fallon’s era all remain. The open‑concept kitchen overlooks Gramercy Park, while a plaid‑lined saloon and a wood‑lined tub add quirky touches. Secret passageways, a vintage bar with colorful stained glass, and a wood‑lined tub further enhance the space. The seventh‑floor entry hosts a living room and kitchen with park views, plus three bedrooms. The eighth floor features a stylized saloon and a primary suite, while the ninth floor contains two additional bedrooms and a skylight‑lit room.
Delevingne’s current New York City residence is unknown. After her $7 million Studio City mansion burned down in 2024, she sold it at a significant loss. In September, she purchased a new home in Beverly Hills for $11 million, reportedly from her friend Jennifer Lawrence. The model’s pattern of buying from celebrity friends continues with this latest acquisition.
