eith Menin, the hospitality mogul behind Menin Homes, has put a waterfront property on Miami Beach’s coveted North Bay Road on the market for $32.5 million—almost twice the $16.1 million he paid last year. The 0.29‑acre estate at 5300 North Bay Road, built in 1998, features a 1,613‑sq‑ft main house with four bedrooms, 4½ baths, a chef’s kitchen, a fireplace‑lit living room, a dining area with sweeping bay views, a home office, a gym, and a spa‑style master suite complete with walk‑in closets, a steam shower, a sauna, and an outdoor terrace that hosts a cold plunge.
A 1,410‑sq‑ft guest house, also on the property, offers three bedrooms, three baths, 12‑foot ceilings, and hardwood floors. Together, the two structures total just over 6,000 sq ft. The exterior boasts a new saltwater pool, a Jacuzzi, a summer kitchen, and a dock, all overlooking the bay and city skyline.
Menin, who resides on Fisher Island, co‑founded Menin Homes with cousin Jared Galbut. Over the past decade, the firm has developed more than a dozen luxury residences between Miami and Aspen, generating over $200 million in sales. Highlights include the Gale Miami Hotel & Residences, Mondrian South Beach, and the 2023 sale of Cher’s former La Gorce Circle mansion for $35.35 million—purchased by Menin for $17 million in 2020.
North Bay Road, often dubbed Miami Beach’s “Park Avenue,” has attracted high‑profile owners such as Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber, David and Victoria Beckham, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, Karlie Kloss, Josh Kushner, Josh Harris, Barry Diller, and Steve Witkoff. Since 2020, the four‑mile stretch has seen $1.19 billion in sales, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The property’s previous owner was the late Don Browne, who passed in 2023. It last traded for $4.23 million in 2003 before Menin’s acquisition in 2024.
The listing is handled by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty agents Marko Gojanovic, Reid Heidenry, and Roberto Quiroz.
