Exclusive: Kim K's Facialist Renting NYC After Spa Loss

Celebrity facialist of The Beauty Sandwich now in NYC after January blazes destroyed his Palisades spa.

I
ván Pol, the celebrity facialist who created the non‑invasive, non‑toxic “Beauty Sandwich,” has relocated to New York after his Palisades spa was destroyed in January’s Los Angeles wildfires. He now rents a one‑bedroom loft on East 76th Street, directly opposite The Surrey, a hotel that hosts many of his A‑list clients during the Met Gala. The 2,580‑square‑foot live‑/work space boasts hardwood floors, a wet bar, a kitchen area, and a private garden.

Pol’s former lease was $16,000 a month with six months of free rent on a 24‑month term, brokered by Lori McNichol of Douglas Elliman. His agent is Amanda Zacharia of the Erin Boisson Aries Team. Among his clientele are Sabrina Carpenter, Salma Hayek, Kim Kardashian, Cindy Crawford, Emma Stone, and Ana de Armas.

Despite the move, Pol remains mindful of the loss: “Life is so precious. I know I’ve lost my spa, but I feel lucky because so many people have lost businesses, homes, family, pets. I’m hurt, but my dream lives on. This will make me stronger. I’m grateful for that space, and it breaks my heart that six years later it burned down… but the memories didn’t,” he told Allure in January.
