    **North Carolina’s ERA Live Moore partners with Missouri firm**

    ERA Live Moore announced a collaboration with Edge Realty, a family‑owned Missouri brokerage founded in 2003 by Bill Cole. The alliance, branded as Edge Realty ERA Powered, will allow the North Carolina‑based firm to expand into the St. Louis metro area while Edge Realty gains access to ERA’s technology and tools.     eXp Realty is rolling out an eight‑week AI Accelerator Series starting October 28, free for all agents. Eleven AI coaches will guide participants through topics such as AI personal assistants, social media automation, and lead‑generation consistency. CEO Leo Pareja highlighted that mastering technology gives agents a sustainable competitive edge, positioning eXp as a leader in a rapidly evolving industry.

    **United Real Estate’s SmartDollar program**

    United Real Estate’s SmartDollar initiative has helped agents generate $3.2 million in revenue and eliminate $2 million in debt within 18 months of launch.
