T
his Sunday, about 20 historic homes in central Phoenix neighborhoods will be open to potential buyers for a limited time. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., real estate agents from various brokerages are hosting open houses at properties located in around a dozen historic districts, including Willo and Coronado. According to Sherry Rampy of Brokers Hub Realty, who organized the tour, it's possible for buyers to move into one of these homes by Christmas.
The participating homes can be found on an interactive map. Phoenix boasts 36 historic neighborhoods, with some houses dating back nearly a century. Typically, historic homes come with higher price tags, especially if they've undergone renovations. Prices for the Sunday tour range from approximately $500,000 to around $2 million.
