he FAA has cleared the way for a new 820-foot tower to be built in Sunny Isles, Florida. The structure will not interfere with nearby air traffic navigation routes.

    A recent assessment by the Federal Aviation Administration found that the tower's location along the beachfront does not pose a risk to air safety.
