START, founded by Randy and Terri Bell, employs 70 agents who are projected to close about 400 transactions this year, with a mortgage attach rate above 70%. The firm has a proven model for guiding new buyers through the home‑ownership process, a segment that represents one of the fastest‑growing markets in the U.S.
By integrating START’s first‑time buyer program with Fathom’s proprietary intelliAgent platform, nationwide mortgage and title services, and its Elevate agent‑growth plan, the combined entity will expand the program into new markets and increase transaction volume, agent productivity and high‑margin recurring revenue.
