F
ederal prosecutors revealed that a search of Tal Alexander's Manhattan apartment uncovered a hard drive containing videos that corroborate rape and sexual assault allegations against his brothers, Oren and Alon. The footage shows the brothers engaging in sexual contact with women who appear to be intoxicated, often without their knowledge or consent. The hard drive was seized during a raid at Tal's parents' home in Bal Harbour on the day of his arrest.
The Alexander brothers, former top brokers Oren and Tal, and private security executive Alon, were indicted on federal sex trafficking and conspiracy charges in December. Their first hearings are scheduled for January 15 in New York. Two judges in Florida denied their bail proposals, ordering them to be detained until trial. Prosecutors argue that the videos demonstrate the "depraved nature" of the defendants' conduct and pose a significant danger.
The hard drive also contains photos showing Oren, Alon, and others with women in states of intoxication and undress. Deanna Paul, Tal's attorney, disputed prosecutors' claims, stating that there is no evidence of nonconsensual or illegal activity in the videos. The FBI initially planned to arrest Tal in New York but instead arrested him in Miami after he took a last-minute flight.
The Alexander brothers face additional charges, including sexual battery in Miami-Dade County and civil lawsuits alleging drugging and rape in multiple states. They have denied all allegations. A trial date has not been set.
