EMPE, AZ — Pita Jungle is gearing up to launch a new concept in the Valley that aims to appeal to a younger crowd and mark a shift in the company's commercial real estate strategy. Feta Cowboy, set to debut before the end of 2024, will have its soft opening in Tempe at the McClintock Fountains retail plaza on Warner Road and McClintock Drive.

    The fast-casual restaurant combines Mediterranean flavors with Southwestern cuisine, a concept that has been in development for several years. This new venture is expected to bring a fresh twist to the local dining scene.
