angeWater Real Estate, a multifamily housing company with assets across the Sun Belt and Mountain West, has completed its latest development project in Arvada, Colorado. The site is located within Candelas, the city's largest master-planned community at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.

This acquisition marks another milestone in RangeWater's expansion strategy, its third joint venture partnership with TMGRI (a subsidiary of The Meridian Group), a Dallas-based group focused on development and opportunistic investment opportunities across residential and industrial sectors. With three other projects in Colorado totaling approximately 823 residential units, RangeWater continues to expand its presence in the state's most sought-after markets.

"We're excited to bring this development to Arvada's Candelas community," said Jordan Orr, Managing Director of Development at RangeWater Real Estate. "With Arvada's rapid growth and access to major job hubs and recreation, this project is a rare opportunity that aligns with our focus on high-demand markets."

The 16.74-acre development will feature 324 modern apartment residences and 56 townhomes, offering one- and two-bedroom floor plans with interior features such as open floor plans, chef-inspired kitchens, and large balconies. The community will also include a standalone clubhouse, indoor/outdoor fitness club, resort-style pool and spa, dog park, fire pits, and a community garden.

Strategically located in Arvada's Candelas master-planned community, the site offers stunning views of the mountains, Standley Lake, and Welton Reservoir. The project is expected to break ground in September 2025, with completion slated for April 2028.

RangeWater continues to expand its footprint in Colorado, complementing a portfolio that includes Lupine Longmont, The Armory, and Ironworks on Fox. With offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Denver, and Tampa, RangeWater targets high job growth markets with demand for rental housing.
