Brokers closed 102 deals worth a total of $104 million from November 10th to 17th, up from the previous week's 83 sales totaling $92.5 million. The average sale price jumped to $1,022,796, a significant increase from the previous week's $735,595.
The average price per square foot also rose to $606, compared to $557 in the previous week, according to Redfin data. The top 10 sales ranged from $2.4 million to $11.4 million, with Unit 5211 at Bayview Fisher Island taking the top spot at $11.4 million.
This sale closed at $2,830 per square foot after 337 days on the market and was listed by Julian Johnston and Richard Taylor of Corcoran. The second-highest sale was Unit 701S at Bal Harbour North, which sold for $8.3 million or $2,137 per square foot.
