he Benson Crew, a powerhouse team in Ontario, has merged to become Real's largest team in Canada. The new entity brings together 60 agents from the Scott Benson Team, The Crew Real Estate, and the Zahnd Team, boasting over $6 billion in lifetime sales and an average home sale every seven hours. As the top-producing team in Ontario, they aim to continue growing while supporting their agents' careers and delivering exceptional client service.

    Real Chairman and CEO Tamir Poleg praised the Benson Crew's collaboration, saying it exemplifies the power of unity within the company.

    In Florida, Michael Saunders & Company has welcomed Jennifer Thayer, a seasoned agent with over 20 years of experience. Thayer joins the independent firm in St. Petersburg, bringing five teammates from Keller Williams and a reputation for closing $110 million in sales annually. She believes the move will provide her with new tools and resources to elevate her brand.

The partnership aims to provide agents with more tools and clients with greater opportunities. Local founders Gil Fancher and Ted Steers will remain on board, with Fancher taking on a supervisor role.
