aseball Hall of Famer David Ortiz is set to call Ora by Casa Tua, a forthcoming Miami development, home. This marks the first branded residence tied to the popular eatery and private members club.
Casa Tua operates three public restaurants in Miami, New York, Paris, and Aspen, and will bring its signature style to the 77-story tower. Residents like Ortiz can expect spacious units with wide views, large living areas for lounging and entertaining, and upscale amenities.
Ortiz, known as "Big Papi," has purchased a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at the downtown Miami development. The 2,297-square-foot unit features a study, library, and 472-square-foot terrace. While the exact price of Ortiz's purchase is unknown, a similar unit would cost between $3.35 million to $3.75 million.
Residents will have access to two pools, including one on the 12th floor with loungers, cabanas, and a Jacuzzi, as well as a rooftop pool at Vento, the bar and lounge. The tower also features a three-story garden in the sky, a hammam-equipped gym, entertainment center, social lounges, co-working lounge, and short-term rentals.
For foodies, there will be four Casa Tua restaurant concepts: Uva, Fuocco, Terra, and Vento. Developed by Fortune International Group and Casa Tua's founder Miky Grendene, the tower is set to open in 2029 with homes delivered by the end of that year.
