Former Real Housewives star lists 30‑acre PA farm for $11M

Former RHOBH star lists Pennsylvania estate for just under $11M, featuring 3 guest houses, a farmhouse and a barn.

Y
olanda Hadid has put her Pennsylvania lavender farm on the market for just under $11 million. The 61‑year‑old former “Real Housewives” star, working with Compass’s Gambino Group and Addison Wolfe Real Estate, is selling the 30‑acre property she bought eight years ago. In a recent interview, she explained that “life has shifted” and her adult daughters now have their own homes, so it’s time to hand the land to new owners.

The estate features a three‑bedroom, five‑bath main house, a 19th‑century farmhouse, three guest cottages, and an 8,000‑square‑foot barn that was originally built in the late 1700s. The barn has been transformed into a gym and entertainment space. Outdoor amenities include multiple dining and lounge areas, a large swimming pool, a wood‑burning fireplace in the living room, and a circular table in the dining room. The property also boasts a horse jumping arena, a round pen, and an equestrian barn with 14 stalls, tack and feed rooms, and a manager’s office. A garden and a backyard with a jumping arena provide ample space for equestrian training.

Hadid often shared moments of joy on the property, such as sipping coffee by the window overlooking the pastures or baking lemon cakes with her granddaughter in the kitchen, which features white cabinets and a breakfast nook. The primary bedroom is mostly white and includes a walk‑in closet and an ensuite bathroom.

Her rise to national prominence began when she joined “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” in 2012, alongside her daughters Gigi and Bella, who were still in high school at the time. She was married to Grammy‑winning songwriter David Foster, and the couple lived in a Malibu estate that went on the market in July 2024 for $35 million. The couple announced their separation in December 2015, a storyline that unfolded during the show’s sixth season, which was also Hadid’s final appearance. She later attributed the breakdown of their marriage to a Lyme disease diagnosis, detailing the experience in her 2017 memoir, “Believe Me: My Battle with the Invisibility of Lyme Disease.”

Since leaving reality television, Hadid has maintained a low profile. She hosted a Lifetime modeling competition in 2018 called “Making a Model with Yolanda Hadid” and returned to the Netherlands in 2022 to judge “Holland’s Next Top Model.” The farm’s equestrian facilities, including a round pen and a large pool, reflect her continued passion for horses and outdoor living.
