The firm's steady growth is driven by organic agent migration and strategic acquisitions, including brokerages in Florida, Tennessee, Texas, and Alabama.

    United Real Estate has achieved remarkable success, with a 727% growth rate over the past five years, making it the fastest-growing national brokerage, according to RealTrends. The company also boasts the largest flat-fee brokerage reported by RealTrends.

    Four United leaders were noted in the report: Chief Executive Officer Dan Duffy (ranked No. 14), President Rick Haase (ranked No. 61), Premiere Plus Realty President Jillian Young (ranked No. 144), and Benchmark Realty CEO Phillip Cantrell (ranked No. 163). United's growth is attributed to its focus on the success and financial well-being of its agents, their families, and communities.

    United has innovated by addressing real-world problems facing agents, such as debt, unaffordable healthcare, unpredictable income, lack of wealth management, and retirement savings.
