reystar and Merrimack College marked a major milestone in their partnership with a topping-off ceremony for two new on-campus residence halls. The development, led by Greystar, will provide 540 student beds and additional academic facilities.
The ceremony was attended by school leaders, Greystar representatives, and project team members. Once complete, the residence halls will be the largest expansion of on-campus housing at Merrimack College in over a decade. The new buildings will also feature 12,609 square feet of academic space, including an honors student pavilion and fitness center.
The partnership between Merrimack College and Greystar is a public-private model that allows for efficient campus development while maintaining the school's focus on student experience. The two residence halls are scheduled to be completed in 2026, ahead of the next academic year.
