ox News host Sean Hannity has expanded his real estate portfolio with the purchase of a $23.5 million Florida estate in Manalapan, Palm Beach County. The two-acre property on Barrier Island boasts frontage on the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, featuring a 12,000-square-foot, 8-bedroom home with a pool, wine room, and rooftop observation terrace. Although the interior is somewhat dated, it's likely to undergo renovation or even be torn down for a modern structure.
Hannity's new home was initially listed for $29 million in February before being sold to an executive with ties to hedge fund Alden Global Capital, who made a tidy profit after purchasing the property in 2021 for $18 million. This deal follows Hannity's announcement that he is "done" with New York and his listing of his Long Island home for $13.7 million.
Hannity's real estate investments are extensive, often hidden behind shell companies spread across multiple states. According to previous reports, his companies have spent at least $90m on over 870 homes in seven states, ranging from luxurious mansions to rentals for low-income families. This includes an entire neighborhood of duplexes in Georgia and high-rise condos in South Florida.
The purchase of the Florida estate is the latest addition to Hannity's impressive real estate portfolio, which has been highlighted by recent high-priced deals in Manalapan, including Oracle cofounder Larry Ellison's record-setting $173 million oceanfront estate purchased in 2022.
