oxfield, a Boston-based real estate investment and development firm, has launched Foxfield Management, an in-house property management division. This move will bring over 2.1 million square feet of assets across New England under the company's direct oversight, transitioning them from third-party providers.
The new division reflects Foxfield's commitment to operational excellence, tenant service, and long-term portfolio value. The shift includes 17 properties, comprising office, warehouse, and industrial flex space, which will be managed by Foxfield Management. This move strengthens the firm's vertically integrated model and allows for greater control over its assets.
"We're excited about this new chapter in Foxfield's growth," said Jeff Theobald, Managing Partner at Foxfield. "With Foxfield Management, we'll deliver top-tier service to our tenants while ensuring long-term value creation across our portfolio."
To lead the division, Jason Richardson has been appointed as Managing Director of Property Management. With extensive industry experience, including managing a 10 million square foot portfolio at Newmark, Richardson brings expertise in property management and leadership.
Francesca Trefry joins Foxfield Management as Senior Property Manager, bringing nearly a decade of direct experience with the company's portfolio. Her existing relationships with tenants and vendors provide a strong foundation for a smooth transition to the in-house model.
With Foxfield Management operational, the firm is poised to streamline asset oversight, enhance tenant experiences, and solidify its position as a leader in East Coast real estate.
