An unnamed business technology firm took 28,000 square feet, and various law firms combined for 27,000 square feet.
Portercare Adventist Health System purchased a 5.78-acre vacant lot in Castle Pines for $8.86 million. Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, a Milwaukee-based law firm, leased 3,033 square feet at The Saddlery Building in Denver.
