An unnamed business technology firm took 28,000 square feet, and various law firms combined for 27,000 square feet.

    Portercare Adventist Health System purchased a 5.78-acre vacant lot in Castle Pines for $8.86 million. Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, a Milwaukee-based law firm, leased 3,033 square feet at The Saddlery Building in Denver.

    T3A Properties LLC purchased a property on Evans Avenue for $3.13 million from Dynamic Evans Investments LLC. Pinnacle Real Estate Property LLC bought a building in Golden for $2.75 million from 616 M LLC.
