rin McMurrian is the owner of Empact Realty Group in El Dorado, where she provides real estate services across South Arkansas. Growing up in a single-parent household with three siblings, McMurrian credits her hardworking mother for instilling values that shaped her childhood. She attended El Dorado High School and later earned a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's in business administration from Southern Arkansas University.

McMurrian's early career aspirations were in finance, but after working in accounting at a local company, she realized it wasn't the right fit. At 21, she decided to pursue real estate with her husband, taking a leap of faith that ultimately led to her passion for helping others achieve homeownership. After passing her real estate exam and initially putting her license on inactive status, McMurrian took the plunge and began working with clients.

A pivotal moment came when she hosted a home-buying seminar, where a young mother shared her struggles to provide a stable living environment for her children. McMurrian's successful assistance in securing a home for this client sparked a realization that many others were in similar situations, unaware of available resources or needing an advocate. This experience solidified McMurrian's decision to dedicate herself full-time to helping others achieve their homeownership goals.

With a prayer and no plan, McMurrian launched Empact Realty Group four years ago, adopting the motto "educate, elevate, and empower." Her company has since become a trusted resource for those seeking guidance in navigating the real estate market.
