randi Lewis, a veteran luxury agent with an impressive client list that includes celebrities like Cardi B and Kandi Burruss, has built her business on authentic marketing and old-school relationship-building. After transitioning to real estate following her husband's death, she sought flexibility to raise her three young sons.

Lewis moved to Atlanta just before the 2007 financial crisis, which forced her to quickly adapt to the changing market. She credits her ability to thrive in luxury real estate to learning how to be "in a room with wealth" and bringing her authentic self. To succeed in this space, agents need to develop a unique set of skills that allow them to connect with high-end clients.

Lewis' journey wasn't straightforward. After working in sales, she entered the Atlanta market just as it was about to implode. She obtained her Luxury Home Marketing Specialist certification and focused on building relationships and marketing herself. Her efforts paid off, and she became a go-to agent for luxury buyers and sellers.

In 2022, Lewis sold over $56 million in high-end homes in Atlanta as a Compass agent. However, she returned to Keller Williams, where she started her career, taking on the role of director of luxury at KW Realty West ATL. Lewis' social media presence is significant, but she prefers building rapport with clients through personal connections rather than online marketing.

Lewis co-hosted a podcast called "Mamas on the Move," which aimed to inspire women who had faced similar challenges in their lives. Although the podcast is paused, her social media channels continue to serve as an outreach tool for women looking to grow and expand their business. Lewis believes that her authentic online presence helps build relationships with potential clients and leaves a lasting impression.
