BT Realty plans a mixed-use tower near Oracle's future headquarters in Nashville's River North district. The development will include retail, co-working spaces, a hotel, and residential units, but the cost and start date remain undisclosed. A rendering of the 30-story building, designed by Gresham Smith, shows sweeping views of the city.
GBT acquired the 3.7-acre site for $60 million in November 2021, setting a record for Nashville's priciest land deal. The first phase will be built on a 2-acre plot at 2140 Waterside Drive. The location offers views of the planned Tennessee Titans stadium, downtown skyline, and Oracle's campus.
This project adds to GBT's growing Nashville portfolio, which includes redeveloping the former Beaman Automotive site in Midtown and the mixed-use Sinclair tower. Nearby, MRP Realty and Creek Lane Capital are working on The Landings, a multi-building development in River North. Oracle has leased 121,000 square feet of office space in Nashville and plans a 70-acre campus downtown.
