    This year's professional highlights include becoming a partner at MG Commercial alongside Leeds Mitchell IV, SIOR, building on over two decades of service to Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. I also took the helm as president of the SIOR New England Chapter, representing 54 brokers across five states.

    Notably, I successfully disposed of a seven-property investment portfolio for a long-standing client, with five properties sold to various buyers and two under agreement for completion by year-end.

    Looking ahead, we anticipate a resurgence in industrial space demand driven by retailers' need to adapt to changing delivery expectations and the potential return of offshore manufacturing to US shores. This trend will bolster investor confidence in the industrial sector as supply tightens.
